Kim Harrison joined CMS in 2000. She is now the President of CMS. In 2007, Scott Incognito joined as an invaluable addition to our organization.
CMS has more than 100 long-term dedicated clients in 35 major US cities and Europe. Today we continue to expand our service offerings to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients.
Law Firms with 75 to more than 1500 attorneys have empowered and trusted CMS to benchmark current Support Services operations to industry standards, conduct vendor renewal processes, manage multi-location RFP Processes and in some cases, bring outsourced services back in-house.
Many large corporate clients have selected Creative Management Services as their strategic sourcing partner in contract negotiations and RFP Processes. CMS has facilitated enterprise wide process re-engineering strategies, performed internal and external vendor compliance reviews and standardized global office supply and overnight carrier contracts.
With over 50 years experience in the legal industry, the CMS Team of professional consultants has delivered on all forecasted savings, and in many cases exceeded established savings initiatives, for our clients over the past 14 years.
